HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Just select your preferred style from the product page's drop-down menu, click the "Add to cart!" button, and follow the easy steps to finalize your order. We'll handle the rest, preparing your order and providing you with a tracking number.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be canceled within a 6-hour window. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please get in touch with us promptly. Be sure to include your order number and specify the modification you'd like. We'll confirm once the changes have been processed. Please understand that any orders already in production or shipped cannot be altered or canceled.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS?
In most cases, if you order multiple products, each one will be sent in a separate package.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers may take 1-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, an order may be misplaced by the shipping carrier. If the tracking number is still not active within a few days, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly.
