We've dedicated significant attention to ensuring the swift delivery of our products to our valued customers. Please take note: Our estimated shipping times do not account for handling or production time. To calculate the delivery time, add the handling time to the transit time.

Typically, our merchandise is manufactured and dispatched from our facility within 3-5 business days following the purchase. Standard shipping or transit times will then apply, which entails 5-10 business days for domestic deliveries within the USA and 15-30 business days for international shipments.

1- When will my order be shipped?

2- Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on "Order Tracking" in the Main Menu.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

3- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

Our product range is extensive, and many items are not kept in stock in our facility. When you place an order for multiple items, it's possible that they will be shipped separately to expedite the delivery process. As a result, you may receive one item before the others. Please rest assured that all of your ordered items are on their way to you, so there's no need to worry if they don't arrive together. Your items will be delivered to you as soon as they become available, ensuring you receive your purchases as efficiently as possible.

4- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Currently, we are unable to accommodate shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.
